The full strain review of Sunset Sherbert x Runtz by Darwin Farms
Another sherb derivative.. lol. Let’s get right into it.
Straight out the bag we notice a bit of a perfume terp on top of some powdered donuts mixed with some subtle mixed berries.
Once the flower is broken down, the nose focuses in on the candy berry terp making it almost smell like a bag of fruit snacks.
The flowers are deep dark purple with a fantastic manicure and great humidity.
Just like with anything from Darwin, these flowers burned phenomenally with minimal harshness on the throat and all the lung expansion.
The flavor is a bit strange, in my opinion. You guys know what it smells like when you walk into a Michael’s arts & crafts store? Well this tasted like that smell. I don’t know how else to describe it. Maybe a Floral perfume? But leaning on the artificial side of things heavy.
The effects were indica leaning and released much of the tension in my body that had built up through out the day. Potency will vary by user but I thought this was moderately potent.
As far as the sherb family goes, this wasn’t a personal favorite but that doesn’t mean it was bad. Definitely a solid smoke but if I were to pick anything from that family, this wouldn’t be my first pick.
